Biyaheng Baler, Aurora

My travel in  Baler  happened last year on October 8-9, 2016. It was actually a travel with my church friends. Baler is a municipality in the province of Aurora, serving as the provincial capital. It is also the oldest municipality in the province. It is considered as the "birthplace of surfing in the Philippines". Going to Baler is a five to six (5-6) hour ride from Metro Manila. For the drivers, please be careful as the roads are much steeper. But, one thing nice here is that roads are already paved. Me at Baler. There are a lot of place to visit in Baler, one is the  Museo de Baler (Baler Museum) . It houses several historical artifacts to the Philippines' first and longest colonizer, -- Spain. It is also put up partly to commemorate the Philippine-Spanish Friendship Day and relive the "Siege of Baler". The museum is located in the town proper, in front of the Quezon Park. Biyaheng La Union

My travel adventures in La Union last January 28-29, 2017. This was my first travel this year (2017). Before, from Metro Manila, it will take you five to six (5-6) hours going to the province of La Union. With the new Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX), travel time was cut to four (4) hours or less. The new Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX). Along the way, we visited some churches like Basilica Minore of Our Lady Charity in Agoo, and Sts. Peter and Paul Parish in Bauang. Biyaheng Mabini and Burgos, Pangasinan

This March 11-12, 2017, I have decided to join the Weekend Byaheros in Mabini and Burgos, Pangasinan. It is actually my first beach travel in the province of Pangasinan and my first spelunking(caving) experience. From Metro Manila, it will take you four (4) hours going to Alaminos City, Pangasinan if you travel using the old road (MacArthur Highway and Romulo Highway). We had our breakfast there after a long travel and before going to the town of Mabini. While in Alaminos City , you can visit the St. Joseph Cathedral . The diocese of Alaminos City was created and erected in 1985 from the Archdiocese of Lingayen-Dagupan with the bishop's see at Alaminos City, Pangasinan.
